titleOfInvention Method for promoting apoptosis of paralichthys olivaceus spermary germ cells
abstract The invention provides a method for promoting apoptosis of paralichthys olivaceus spermary germ cells. The method comprises the following steps: a) culturing the paralichthys olivaceus in the reproductive period at a first high temperature for the first time until the semen of the paralichthys olivaceus is completely digested; b) and (3) carrying out second cultivation on the paralichthys olivaceus subjected to the first cultivation at a second high temperature, and injecting 1, 4-butanediol dimethyl sulfonate into the paralichthys olivaceus at the second cultivation stage. The method has good apoptosis effect on the spermary germ cells of the paralichthys olivaceus, and the survival rate of the paralichthys olivaceus is as high as more than 85 percent.
