titleOfInvention | SNP site detection kit for guiding diabetes medication and using method thereof |
abstract | The invention relates to a SNP site detection kit for guiding diabetes medication and a method for using the same. The kit includes an amplification PCR reaction system, and the amplification PCR reaction system includes a PCR premix and multiple pairs of PCR primers. Multiple pairs of the PCR primers can simultaneously detect 10 loci including 8 genes, namely CYP2C9 (rs1057910), KCNJ11 (rs5219), ABCC8 (rs757110, rs1799854), TCF7L2 (rs12255372, rs7903146), SLC22A1 (rs72552763) , SLC22A2 (rs316019), PPARG (rs1801282), SLCO1B1 (rs4149056), and the results of sequencing to guide patients with diabetes medication. The present invention adopts the method of multiplex PCR amplification to simultaneously detect and amplify 10 sites. The amplification of a single reaction system not only simplifies the operation and reduces the possibility of errors, but also reduces the experimental cost. In addition, the guided medication of the present invention covers Four major categories of diabetes drugs: sulfonylureas, biguanides, thiazolidinediones and meglitinides. The detection and analysis of 10 loci of related genes covers a wider range than similar products on the market. |
