abstract | The invention discloses a method for obtaining cordyceps sinensis by infecting host insect hepialus larvae with hirsutella sinensis. The invention improves three key steps of spore form (blastospore) of the injected hirsutella sinensis, an injection method (operation under sterile condition) and after-injection nursing (at low temperature of 0-6 ℃), so that the infected bat moth larvae simultaneously achieve the effects of low mortality (less than 30%), high infection rate (both can reach 100% of bacteria carrying rate) and shortened infection and rigor time (3-5 months), and the artificial ecological fostering cordyceps sinensis consistent with the form of the wild cordyceps sinensis is obtained. |
