abstract The invention discloses an application of a beta-cyclodextrin modified CdTe quantum dot probe in detection of pesticide chlorpyrifos, wherein the beta-cyclodextrin modified CdTe quantum dot probe is prepared by coupling reaction of 6-position fully-substituted amino beta-cyclodextrin and activated carboxyl-containing CdTe quantum dots. The method disclosed by the invention is simple to operate, high in sensitivity and low in detection limit, can be used for specifically identifying chlorpyrifos, and is expected to realize rapid detection of chlorpyrifos in an actual sample.
