titleOfInvention Biological sensing chip and preparation method and application thereof
abstract The invention provides a biological sensing chip, which comprises a prism coupling structure, a base film layer, a coupling layer and a conducting layer, wherein the prism coupling structure, the base film layer, the coupling layer and the conducting layer are sequentially combined in a stacking manner along the direction from the coupling structure to the conducting layer; wherein the material of the conductive layer is hexagonal boron nitride. The top two-dimensional material boron nitride provides an optical waveguide mode. The strong coupling of the plasmon mode and the optical waveguide mode promotes the generation of the Fano resonance narrow line. The biosensor chip inherits the ultrahigh detection sensitivity and the ultrahigh detection precision; on the other hand, the adoption of the hexagonal boron nitride enables the excitation wavelength to be in a visible light region, and application scenes and excitation conditions are expanded.
