abstract The invention discloses a primer, probe, kit and application for detecting soybean mosaic virus based on RPA technology. The base sequence of the upstream primer is shown as SEQ ID NO.1, the base sequence of the downstream primer is shown as SEQ ID NO.2, and the base sequence of the probe is shown as SEQ ID NO.3. In addition to the primers and probes, the kit also includes a flow chromatography test strip, a flow chromatography test strip buffer solution, RPA enzyme, RPA buffer, magnesium acetate solution, ddH 2 O, control one or more of the products. The invention also discloses a method for detecting soybean mosaic virus. The invention designs specific primers and probes based on the soybean mosaic virus CP gene, and then uses the recombinase polymerase amplification-flow chromatography method to prepare a kit, which has high sensitivity, strong specificity, accurate diagnosis, and complete detection. The process only takes 30 minutes, and the judgment of the results is extremely simple.
