titleOfInvention | Graphene oxide water-based paint and coating process |
abstract | The invention provides a graphene oxide water-based paint and a coating process, which comprises the following steps: mixing graphite powder and potassium permanganate, adding the mixture into a mixed solution of concentrated sulfuric acid/phosphoric acid, heating and stirring, cooling, adding ice water, and dropwise adding hydrogen peroxide until the solution is bright yellow; filtering the obtained solution, adding an HCl aqueous solution, centrifuging, washing, and enabling the pH of the solution to be close to neutral to obtain a graphite oxide aqueous solution; dispersing graphite oxide in double distilled water, carrying out ultrasonic crushing, adjusting the pH value to 4-8, diluting with deionized water, and adding an electrolyte aqueous solution into the solution to obtain a graphene oxide aqueous solution for electrophoretic coating. According to the invention, the workpiece to be coated is cleaned, the oxide skin is removed, the workpiece is polished, the graphene oxide aqueous solution is used as the electrophoretic paint for electrophoretic coating, and the subsequent rinsing and drying steps are carried out, so that the coating of the graphene oxide aqueous paint on the workpiece to be coated is realized, and the electrophoretic coating with variable color can be generated by regulating and controlling electrophoretic coating parameters. |
