abstract The method for preparing the copper water jacket based on the low-pressure cold spraying additive manufacturing technology and the powder thereof are characterized in that the copper plate and the copper pipe used for preparing the copper water jacket are subjected to sand blasting before spraying, and oxide skins and stains on the cold spraying surfaces of the copper plate and the copper pipe are removed; s2, performing cold spraying additive manufacturing on the copper plate and the copper pipe subjected to sand blasting by adopting a self-made powder material; the spraying parameters are as follows: the cold spraying working gas is compressed air, the carrier gas temperature is 260-320 ℃, the carrier gas pressure is 0.6-0.8MPa, the spraying distance is 10-20mm, and the spraying speed is 0.4-0.6 m/s; and S3, placing the copper water jacket prepared by cold spraying into a heat treatment furnace, carrying out heat treatment for 2-4h, cooling along with the furnace, and taking out to obtain the prepared copper water jacket. The powder comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 55% -65% of electrolytic copper powder; 25% -35% of atomized copper powder; al (Al) 2 O 3 10% of powder; the sum of the weight percentages of the components is 100 percent.
