The invention provides a 3D printing system and method. The system includes an X-axis moving mechanism, a Y-axis moving mechanism, a Z-axis lifting platform and a printing nozzle. The X-axis moving mechanism and the Y-axis moving mechanism drive the printing nozzle to realize an XY plane. The printing nozzle is a microfluidic chip; the microfluidic chip includes: a glass slide; a fiber collection tube fixed on the glass slide; an outer layer solution arranged inside the fiber collection tube tube; a multi-channel catheter arranged inside the outer layer solution tube; the outer layer solution tube and the multi-channel catheter are coaxially placed; the outer layer solution tube and the liquid outlet pipe of the multi-channel catheter The mouths are in the same plane. The invention realizes the preparation of fibers through the microfluidic chip with the above-mentioned specific structure, and makes the fibers present various macroscopic structures by adjusting the X-axis moving mechanism, the Y-axis moving mechanism, and the Z-axis lifting platform.
