abstract | The present invention provides a method for detecting alkaloid components in Elephantine grass based on UPLC-QTOF-MS, which comprises the following steps: (1) preparing Elephantine grass into powder, accurately weighing it, then mixing it with a solvent, and weighing it (2) by the ultrasonic crushing of step (1) gained S. chinensis, then the ultra-high-efficiency solution is shaken up, centrifuged, filtered, and the subsequent filtrate is obtained to obtain the sample to be tested; (3) with super high-efficiency liquid Phase chromatographic separation of the sample to be tested in step (2) to obtain the sample to be tested of the alkaloid, the obtained sample to be tested of the alkaloid is detected by mass spectrometry to obtain the material peak of the alkaloid component, and the material peak is qualitatively analyzed with analysis software . The method of the invention adopts the UPLC-QTOF-MS technology for the first time to detect and characterize the alkaloid components in Streptomyces chinensis, and the method has the characteristics of high efficiency, rapidity and accuracy. A total of 34 kinds of alkaloid components are identified by the method of the invention, which provides a basis for further research on the effect material basis and overall quality control of Tendon-strengthening herbs. |
