abstract | The invention discloses a compound bonding transition layer rubber material laminated by hydrogenated nitrile rubber and unsaturated nonpolar rubber and a preparation method thereof. The transition layer rubber material comprises the following components in parts by weight: 60-70 parts of carboxyl nitrile rubber; 30-40 parts of natural rubber; 20-40 parts of general carbon black; 10-20 parts of white carbon black; 4-6 parts of a silane coupling agent; 4-6 parts of tackifying resin; 5-8 parts of zinc oxide; 1-2 parts of stearic acid; 3-3.5 parts of an accelerator; and 1-1.5 parts of a vulcanizing agent. |
