abstract The invention discloses a sorghum 14-3-3 protein GF14c gene, the nucleotide sequence of which is shown in SEQ ID NO.1. The invention also discloses a protein encoded by the GF14c gene of the sorghum 14-3-3 protein, the amino acid sequence of which is shown in SEQ ID NO.2. The invention also discloses a recombinant vector and an expression method comprising the above-mentioned sorghum 14-3-3 protein GF14c gene. The present invention obtains the sorghum homologous gene GF14c from the sorghum genome database through the protein sequence of the maize GF14c gene, and the gene has a full length of 771 bp, and constructs a prokaryotic expression vector according to the gene, and purifies it with a protein purification system. The result is as follows: Further research on the crystal structure and biological properties of the protein will lay the foundation for improving the stress resistance of sorghum by gene editing methods.
