titleOfInvention | Metal halide perovskite material, preparation method thereof, solar cell device and preparation method thereof |
abstract | The invention discloses a preparation method of a metal halide perovskite material, which comprises the following steps: a. introducing crown ether materials into the metal halide perovskite precursor solution; b. b, processing the solution obtained in the step a by a solution method to obtain the metal halide perovskite material; wherein the crown ether material is at least one of crown ether, heteroatom crown ether and crown ether derivative. The invention also provides the metal halide perovskite material prepared by the method, a metal halide perovskite solar cell device based on the perovskite material and a preparation method of the metal halide perovskite solar cell device. The photovoltaic performance and stability of the solar cell device prepared from the metal halide perovskite material are remarkably improved. |
