abstract | The invention discloses a method for performing quality-based pretreatment on o-methyl formate benzenesulfonamide wastewater, belonging to the technical field of chemical wastewater treatment. The invention collects the production wastewater of o-methyl formate benzene sulfonamide in a classified way, then carries out quality-classified treatment on the three types of wastewater obtained by the classified collection, takes copper-containing acid water as ammonia gas absorption water in the production process, carries out copper removal treatment in a classified way to recover copper sulfate and copper ammonia complex respectively, and finally further removes copper by combining resin adsorption; ammonium sulfate wastewater is adsorbed by resin and then is evaporated and recycled by MVR; and (3) carrying out membrane separation on the o-ammonia wastewater after resin adsorption, and respectively recovering sodium sulfate and sodium chloride. The invention can effectively reduce COD and Cu in the wastewater entering the tail end comprehensive pretreatment system 2+ TN and salt concentration, and ensures that all pollution indexes of the wastewater reach the discharge standard cooperatively. |
