abstract The invention relates to the technical field of biological medicines, and particularly discloses application of circular RNA circCRKL or a synergist thereof in preparation of a medicine for treating prostatic cancer. The invention discovers the relevance of circCRKL and prostate cancer for the first time, and through cell functional experiments, after over-expression of the circCRKL is discovered, the cell functional experiments show that the cell functional expression can obviously inhibit the proliferation, invasion, migration and colony forming capability of the prostate cancer, and show that the circCRKL plays an important role in regulating the occurrence and development process of the prostate cancer. Meanwhile, nude mouse tumorigenesis experiments show that the over-expression of circCRKL obviously inhibits the growth of prostate cancer cells in animal bodies, and further prove that the circCRKL has an inhibition effect on the prostate cancer cells. The circCRKL has obvious inhibition effect on the biological behaviors of proliferation, migration, invasion and colony formation of the prostate cancer, and is expected to provide a new therapeutic target and direction for the prostate cancer patient.
