titleOfInvention | Iron-containing complex, preparation thereof, catalyst composition containing iron-containing complex and polymerization of caprolactone by using catalyst composition |
abstract | The invention discloses an iron-containing complex, a preparation method thereof, a catalyst composition containing the iron-containing complex, and a polymerization of caprolactone by using the catalyst composition, wherein the iron-containing complex is shown as a formula (I), the catalyst composition comprises the iron-containing complex, an activator and a coinitiator, the activator is selected from one or more of a Grignard reagent, an alkali metal alkyl compound and an alkaline earth metal silane compound, and the initiator is selected from an alcohol solvent. When the catalytic initiation system is adopted to carry out polymerization of caprolactone, the iron-containing complex and the activator are firstly aged, and then the monomer and the coinitiator are added for polymerization. The catalytic initiation system has high catalytic initiation efficiency when caprolactone is polymerized, so that the polymerization can be carried out under mild conditions and higher yield is achieved. |
