titleOfInvention | Method for preparing bibenzyl compound by photocatalytic one-step method |
abstract | The invention relates to a novel low-cost bibenzyl compound synthesis method. The method adopts green and clean light energy as reaction energy, and takes methylbenzene or methylbenzene derivatives as raw materials to prepare the bibenzyl compound under the catalysis of a solid photocatalyst. The method is carried out at normal temperature, and the bibenzyl compound can be directly prepared by illumination. The reaction process is as follows: mixing toluene derivative, catalyst and solvent, and placing into pressure-resistant quartz container (>1MPa) and replacing with inert gas, and stirring under illumination at normal temperature for more than or equal to 1 hour. After the reaction is finished, the catalyst is easy to separate from the reaction system and can be recycled for a plurality of times, the reaction product is separated by crystallization, and the yield of the bibenzyl compound reaches 3.21g (g catalyst) ‑ 1 h ‑1 . The method can be used for directly preparing 1, 2-diphenylethane and propaneThe bibenzyl class of drugs. |
