abstract The present invention provides methods and compositions that can be used to assess gene expression of a tumor immune response profile of a sample. In some aspects, amplified target sequences and compositions obtained using the disclosed methods can be used in a variety of procedures, including nucleic acid sequencing, and for detection of genetic variants and genetic variants of one or more target sequences associated with an immune response. and/or the presence of expression levels.
