abstract | The invention discloses a method for measuring the scavenging amount of a supercharged direct injection gasoline engine, which belongs to the field of test measurement of a supercharged direct injection gasoline engine. Since the current measurement results of the scavenging amount are not accurate enough and are not conducive to the precise control of the mixture, the invention uses no scavenging. The in-cylinder excess air coefficient λcyc is equal to the exhaust gas excess air coefficient λexh in the case of gas and non-enrichment, and the in-cylinder excess air coefficient λcyc is fitted by the data of the volume concentration of oxygen O 2 % and the volume concentration of carbon monoxide CO %. The formula Fn is used in online real-time measurement, and the accuracy of the measurement result is 5% higher than that of the prior art. The invention can intuitively and quickly calculate the scavenging amount, facilitates the performance development of the engine and the optimization of the scavenging parameters in the ECU, and improves the work efficiency. |
