abstract The invention relates to the technical field of vaccines, in particular to a preparation method and application of a baculovirus-expressed Mycoplasma suis pneumonia and porcine circovirus type 2 duplex genetic engineering vaccine. A dual genetic engineering vaccine of Mycoplasma suis pneumonia and porcine circovirus type 2, characterized in that the recombinant baculovirus vaccine comprises a recombinant protein encoded by a gene as shown in SEQ ID NO.1 and a recombinant protein as shown in SEQ ID NO.2 The recombinant protein encoded by the gene is shown. The above-mentioned dual genetic engineering vaccine can produce effective immune protection after immunizing animals, and has a good application prospect for the prevention and control of Mycoplasma suis pneumonia and porcine circovirus type 2 diseases.
