titleOfInvention Self-crosslinking high-sand-carrying clean slickwater and preparation method thereof
abstract The invention discloses a self-crosslinking high-sand-carrying clean slickwater, which is prepared by adding a drag reducer into water; the drag reducer is a polymer emulsion prepared by carrying out a two-phase emulsion polymerization reaction on an inner phase solution and an outer phase solution under the action of an initiator; the external phase solution comprises polyester, green solvent and cross-linking agent; the inner phase solution comprises the components of 2-acrylamide-2-methyl propane sulfonic acid, organic amine and water. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) mixing polyester, a green solvent and a cross-linking agent to obtain an external phase solution; (2) mixing water, 2-acrylamide-2-methylpropanesulfonic acid and organic amine to obtain an inner phase solution; (3) and (3) placing the external phase solution in a water bath at 30-40 ℃, adding the internal phase solution, introducing nitrogen to remove oxygen, adding an initiator, sealing the reactor, and reacting at the constant temperature of 80 ℃ for 4-5 hours to obtain the self-crosslinking high-sand-carrying clean slickwater. The slick water integrates multiple functions, is instant and efficient in resistance reduction, and has the functions of sterilization, discharge assistance, clay stabilization and synergism.
