titleOfInvention | Hexamethoxymethyl melamine resin and preparation method and application thereof |
abstract | The invention discloses a preparation method of hexamethoxy methyl melamine (HMMM) resin, which comprises the steps of firstly reacting hexamethylol melamine (HMM) with non-excessive methanol under the acid catalysis condition, supplementing excessive methanol for etherification after the hexamethylol melamine (HMM) is polymerized to a certain molecular weight, adding alkali for neutralization after full etherification, and then carrying out reduced pressure distillation to finally obtain the polymerization type hexamethoxy methyl melamine resin with less monomer content. The resin prepared by the method has low monomer content and proper polymerization degree, and can quickly form a cross-linked network by reacting with resorcinol bonding resin. The prepared resin is used as a rubber adhesive for preparing a rubber composition, can improve the vulcanization speed of rubber, increases the crosslinking degree of the rubber, can provide better bonding property between a framework material and the rubber, and increases the bonding property of the rubber before and after aging. |
