titleOfInvention | Preparation method of naphthyl sulfonic group modified SBA-15 and application of naphthyl sulfonic group modified SBA-15 in synthesis of phospholipid rich in unsaturated fatty acid structure |
abstract | The invention discloses a preparation method of naphthyl sulfonic group modified SBA-15, which takes SBA-15, naphthyl silane coupling agent and anhydrous organic solvent as raw materials to prepare SBA-15-Na; sulfonating the obtained SBA-15-Na to obtain naphthyl sulfonic group modified SBA-15; the invention also discloses application of the naphthyl sulfonic group modified SBA-15 in synthesizing novel structure phospholipid, which takes phospholipid and unsaturated fatty acid methyl ester or unsaturated fatty acid ethyl ester as raw materials to obtain the structure phospholipid rich in n-3 type, n-6 type, n-7 type and n-9 type unsaturated fatty acid under the catalysis of the naphthyl sulfonic group modified SBA-15. The modified phospholipid prepared by the invention expands the application range of the phospholipid in medicines and foods and expands the application market of the phospholipid; the method solves the problems of high price, difficult recovery and the like of lipase or phospholipase in the process of producing the structured phospholipid by an enzyme method, and improves the preparation method of the structured phospholipid. |
