TiO 2 , citric acid and water are mixed to obtain a mixed solution, silicoaluminophosphate molecular sieve is added to the mixed solution for dipping, and TiO 2 is prepared by drying and roasting. Molecular sieve composite carrier; the TiO2 -molecular sieve composite carrier is dipped into the dipping solution containing active components and auxiliary component precursors, and after drying and roasting, denitration catalyst powder is obtained; the denitration catalyst powder is kneaded and aged , extrusion, drying and calcination to obtain honeycomb denitration catalyst. The method of the invention has a simple preparation process, the prepared catalyst has good low-temperature denitration activity for flue gas containing high-concentration H 2 O steam, especially the strength is significantly improved, and the service life of the catalyst is prolonged. |
