titleOfInvention | High visible light absorption carbon nitride photocatalytic material and preparation method and application thereof |
abstract | The invention discloses a carbon nitride photocatalytic material with high visible light absorption, and a preparation method and application thereof. According to the invention, the carbon nitride is modified by adopting a 'molten salt-hydrogen peroxide' combined treatment method for the first time, the specific surface area of a sample is increased, the electronic state in the carbon nitride material is changed, the forbidden bandwidth (band gap) is changed from the original 2.75eV to 2.02eV, the absorption band edge is extended from the original 460nm to 660nm, the visible light absorption capacity of the catalyst is improved, and the photo-generated electron hole separation efficiency is greatly improved. The invention has the advantages of simple preparation method, low energy consumption, low cost, rich and clean raw materials, mild reaction conditions and the like, is a good visible light response type photocatalyst, is reported for the first time, shows excellent photocatalytic degradation activity, and has important application prospect in the aspect of treating organic wastewater. |
