abstract The present invention relates to Trichoderma aculeatus N-8-2 and application thereof. Trichoderma asperellum N-8-2 of the present invention, deposit number CCTCC NO: M2018527. Strain N-8-2 has parasitic effect on various plant pathogenic bacteria, and can produce volatile substances with bacteriostatic activity, and has bacteriostatic activity against various mango plant pathogenic bacteria such as mango anthracnose and pedicel rot. In an airtight container, 75g/L of Trichoderma aculeatus wheat grain culture was fumigated, and the control rate of mango stalk rot was as high as 100%. The Trichoderma aculeatus of the invention can be developed as a biological fumigant, and can effectively prevent and treat postharvest diseases of fruits and vegetables.
