titleOfInvention Water-soluble two-photon hydrogen sulfide fluorescent probe for detecting red wine and hydrogen sulfide in vivo and preparation method and application thereof
abstract The invention belongs to the field of chemical analysis and detection, and particularly discloses a water-soluble two-photon fluorescent probe capable of being directly used for detecting hydrogen sulfide in red wine, cancer cells and tissues, and a preparation method and application thereof. The fluorescent probe takes coumarin derivatives with two-photon properties as signal groups and takes 2, 4-dinitrophenyl ether as a hydrogen sulfide recognition group; the structure of the compound is represented by formula (I). The fluorescent probe has good water solubility, strong selectivity, excellent anti-interference capability and high sensitivity, can be directly used for rapidly detecting hydrogen sulfide in red wine, cancer cells and tissues, and has good application prospect.
