Methods and compositions are provided for determining an individual's lung squamous cell carcinoma (SQ) subtype by detecting the expression level of at least one classifier biomarker selected from a panel of lung squamous cell carcinoma gene signatures. Also provided herein are methods and compositions for determining the response of an individual with a squamous cell carcinoma subtype to therapy such as immunotherapy. |
