titleOfInvention Preparation method and application of biogel nitrogen fixation doped porous carbon
abstract The invention discloses a preparation method and application of biogel nitrogen-fixing doped porous carbon, wherein the nitrogen-doped porous carbon material takes a nephrite and biogel as raw materials, pretreated nephrite carbon powder, biogel, potassium hydroxide, potassium bicarbonate and melamine are dissolved in water and uniformly mixed, then high-temperature carbonization is carried out, and finally an electro-catalytic material is obtained through acid washing and drying. The nitrogen-doped porous carbon material prepared by the method has excellent electrochemical performance and can be used as a cathode oxygen reduction reaction electrocatalyst material of a fuel cell; the method uses the aleurites hybrida and the biogel as raw materials, uses the potassium hydroxide and the potassium bicarbonate as activators, uses the melamine as a nitrogen doping agent, realizes the synchronous completion of the activation process and the nitrogen doping, has simple preparation steps and low cost, and the oxygen reduction reaction electrocatalyst prepared by the method has good electrochemical performance and wide application prospect in the field of fuel cells.
