titleOfInvention A kind of method for preparing self-crosslinking organic polymer on semiconductor surface
abstract The invention discloses a method for preparing a self-crosslinked organic polymer on a semiconductor surface, which comprises: grafting on the surface of a semiconductor substrate; hydrolysis reaction; and annealing treatment. The method adopts the diazonium salt surface grafting technology to graft the monomer containing the cyano group to the semiconductor surface, and then through the hydrolysis reaction, the cyano group is hydrolyzed into the amide group and the carboxyl group. The in-situ preparation of films with three-dimensional spatially cross-linked structures on the surface improves the “comb-shaped” or “line-shaped” structures of polymer films obtained by traditional grafting methods, and improves the performance of existing organic films with two-dimensional structures.
