abstract | The invention relates to the technical field of high polymer materials, in particular to a cross-linked polyethylene roll plastic for a water heater liner, a preparation method and application thereof; the crosslinked polyethylene rolling plastic for the inner container of the water heater comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 100 parts of polyethylene; 0.1-1 part of maleic anhydride; 0.1-4 parts of an antibacterial agent; 0.1-1 part of peroxide crosslinking agent; 0.1-1 part of crosslinking assistant; 0.3-0.5 part of antioxidant; 0.2-1 part of lubricant; wherein the polyethylene is a mixture of linear low density polyethylene and metallocene polyethylene, and the ratio of the linear low density polyethylene to the metallocene polyethylene is 1-9: 1; the polyethylene melt index is 10-30g/10 min. Compared with the prior art, when the cross-linked polyethylene rolling plastic for the water heater liner is used for preparing the water heater liner, the adhesion force between the inner plastic layer of the water heater liner and the metal layer is good, the inner surface of the inner plastic layer is smooth, the processing is convenient, and the production cost can be reduced. |
