Adding octenyl succinic acid modified starch and sodium caseinate into water at room temperature, and stirring overnight to fully dissolve the starch and the sodium caseinate; obtaining a compound; and adding tannic acid into the compound, and uniformly mixing by mechanical stirring to obtain the microcapsule wall material composition. The invention does not need to add any organic solvent in the preparation process, the obtained product keeps the bioactivity, and because the product contains the tannic acid, the tannic acid also has good oxidation resistance, is more beneficial to processing, transportation and storage, and greatly improves the safety and the fluidity of the product. |
