abstract | The present disclosure provides a method of manufacturing a non-aqueous electrolyte secondary battery. The manufacturing method of this non-aqueous electrolyte secondary battery includes at least the following (α), (β) and (δ). (α) Prepare a single cell including at least a positive electrode, a negative electrode, a gel film, and an electrolytic solution. (β) Initial charge of the single cell is performed. (δ) The single cell is processed after initial charging, thereby producing a finished battery. The negative electrode contains at least a negative electrode active material. A gel film is formed on the surface of the negative electrode. The gel film contains a polymer material and an electrolyte. The gel film is thixotropic. Initial charging was performed in a state where the gel film was placed under the first pressure. Processing is performed so that the gel film is placed under the second pressure. And the second pressure is higher than the first pressure. |
