titleOfInvention | A method for rapid identification and component analysis of drugs |
abstract | The invention relates to a method for rapid identification and analysis of solid drugs. In this method, a cotton swab dipped in methanol is used as the extraction medium, and the main components are extracted by wiping the surface of the solid with the cotton swab, and then the cotton swab can be inserted into a reagent bottle containing methanol for simple washing and shaking, so as to dilute the surface of the cotton swab. The amount of some drugs, or directly smeared on the sample cloth with a cotton swab without dilution. Finally, using a portable ion trap mass spectrometer as a detection instrument, through direct mass spectrometry analysis and tandem mass spectrometry analysis, the suspected drug solid was identified as opium. This method is not only suitable for the rapid detection of drug components in opium, but also for the rapid detection of other types of drugs such as methamphetamine, heroin, marijuana and other drugs. The sample pretreatment time of the method is less than 5min, the detection time of mass spectrometry is less than 2s, and the detection limit of the five drug samples is all less than 10ng, which greatly contributes to the on-site detection and identification of drugs. |
