titleOfInvention | Sexual reversal genetic control locus in tongue sole semilaevis, kit containing same and application thereof |
abstract | The present invention provides a genetic control site for sexual reversal of tongue sole semi-smooth, a kit containing the same, and applications thereof. The sex reversal genetic control locus of the semiladen tongue sole includes one or more of the following nucleotide loci on the Z chromosome: No. 8564889, No. 8565011, No. 8565016, No. 8565018, No. 8565031, No. 8565187, No. 8565217 , 8565228, and the nucleotide positions between 8565219 and 8565220 on the Z chromosome. From the perspective of genetic control of sex reversal in female fish, a new molecular switch that controls sex reversal in genetic female fish has been discovered. The use of any one or more newly discovered genetic loci can control the mating mode of male and female fish of the semi-smooth tongue sole, so that the proportion of female fish that do not undergo sexual reversal in the offspring of artificially cultured semi-smooth tongue sole can be increased, thereby improving the efficiency of aquaculture production. |
