titleOfInvention | Preparation and application of alkaline cross-linked copolymer supported nano palladium catalyst |
abstract | The invention discloses an alkaline cross-linked copolymer supported palladium nanoparticle catalyst, which is a compound obtained by coordinating an alkaline cross-linked copolymer with an ammonium tetrachloropalladate methanol solution and then reducing the coordination compound by a reducing agent; the basic crosslinked copolymer is a crosslinked copolymer of a divinylbenzene monomer and a vinyl basic monomer; the mass fraction of the palladium nanoparticles in the catalyst is 0.2-15%; the size range of the palladium nano particles is 0.5-8 nm. The catalyst has high catalytic efficiency, has high selectivity to aldehyde and few types of byproducts when the selective oxidative dehydrogenation reaction of unsaturated fatty alcohol is catalyzed by taking oxygen as the only oxidant in an aqueous medium, can be recycled by centrifugation or filtration separation after the reaction is finished, is green and environment-friendly, and better meets the requirements of sustainable development. |
