abstract | The invention discloses a single-component water-based organic silicon paper release agent which is characterized by comprising the following components in percentage by weight: 5-60% of siloxane monomer, 1-10% of cationic emulsifier, 0.1-2% of catalyst, 1-10% of stabilizer, 1-10% of dispersant, 0.1-20% of cross-linking agent, 0.1-3% of neutralizer and 10-90% of deionized water. The invention also discloses a preparation method of the composition. The release film formed by the invention has better stripping force and aging stripping force, has a flat surface, does not cause the paper to become yellow, brittle and discolor, can be written and can be stored for a long time; and the single-component product has lower requirements on construction experience and is easier to construct. |
