abstract | A modified epoxy resin adhesive and a preparation method thereof belong to the field of epoxy resin adhesives. The invention aims to solve the problem of high-temperature water resistance of the adhesive. Under the condition of stirring, firstly dissolving ammonium persulfate and sodium bisulfite in distilled water, then heating the solution to 55-60 ℃, dropwise adding allyl glycidyl ether and methacrylic acid, continuing to perform constant-temperature reaction after dropwise adding, cooling to obtain epoxy resin, modified protein, sodium azide, ammonium persulfate and N, N-dimethylacetamide, uniformly mixing, reacting for 40-45 h under heating and stirring, separating an extraction product by using dichloromethane after the reaction is finished, performing reduced pressure distillation under the conditions of water washing and nitrogen protection, drying, adding a certain mass of curing agent, adding a diluent into a high-energy shearing and stirring reaction kettle, uniformly stirring, taking out, and performing vacuum vibration defoaming to obtain the modified epoxy resin adhesive. The invention has better bonding strength. |
