abstract | The invention discloses a method for producing zinc sulfate monohydrate by using industrial grade zinc sulfate heptahydrate as a raw material. A method for producing zinc sulfate monohydrate by using technical grade zinc sulfate heptahydrate as a raw material of the present invention comprises the following steps: 1) dissolving technical grade zinc sulfate in pure water, and after fully mixing, adding zinc oxide to adjust the pH value of the solution to 4.5 ‑5.0 impurity removal; 2) sedimentation and impurity removal after adding H 2 O 2 solution; 3) vacuum concentration crystallization after filtration of the supernatant obtained in step 2); 4) finished product zinc sulfate monohydrate after centrifugal drying. The production process of the method for producing zinc sulfate monohydrate by using industrial grade zinc sulfate heptahydrate as a raw material of the present invention is more simplified, the flow process is shorter, and the cost is lower. |
