abstract | The present invention provides a method for identifying ultra-high temperature sterilized milk and reconstituted milk based on lipid group, comprising: 1) performing lipid extraction pretreatment on ultra-high temperature sterilized milk samples and reconstituted milk samples to obtain lipid samples; 2) using High-resolution mass spectrometry technology, chromatographic separation-mass spectrometry scanning of lipid samples of ultra-high temperature sterilized milk and reconstituted milk; 3) Extraction and filtration of the peaks of lipid samples of the two milks, and qualitative analysis of each lipid component , and integrate each lipid component; 4) Carry out the orthogonal partial least squares discriminant analysis on the integration results to determine the characterization factors that can completely classify the two types of milk; 5) Use the selected characterization factors to establish Orthogonal partial least squares variance discriminant model. The method adopts a high-resolution mass spectrometer for measurement, and the pretreatment method is simple and easy to operate, and can comprehensively analyze the types and contents of substances in the two milks, realize online automatic detection of samples, and greatly improve the detection efficiency of samples. |
