abstract | The invention relates to a detection method of organic nitrogen-sulfur pesticides, which comprises the steps of firstly preparing a fluorescent copper nano sheet material by adopting a chemical reduction method, wherein the nano material emits fluorescence under the excitation of 254nm ultraviolet light; and secondly, a fluorescence colorimetric sensor is constructed based on that the organic nitrogen-sulfur pesticide can quench the fluorescence of the copper nano material, and is used for detecting the organic nitrogen-sulfur pesticide. According to the method, cetyl trimethyl ammonium bromide and copper chloride dihydrate are mixed in water, and then reduction reaction is carried out to prepare the copper nanosheet material, wherein the prepared copper nanosheet has the advantages of excellent fluorescence performance, good stability and simple preparation method; the organic nitrogen-sulfur pesticide detection method based on the constructed fluorescent colorimetric sensor has the advantages of low detection cost and simplicity and convenience, and has great application potential in field detection of actual samples. |
