abstract | The invention relates to a preparation method of nylon/carbon nano tube aerogel, which comprises the following steps: (1) adding nylon particles into a formic acid solution, and stirring for dissolving; (2) adding carbon nanotubes into the mixed solution obtained in the step (1), and uniformly mixing the carbon nanotubes by stirring; (3) and (4) carrying out freeze drying treatment on the mixed solution to prepare the nylon/carbon nano tube aerogel. Compared with the prior art, the nylon can well coat the carbon nano tube to form a core-shell structure, the nylon/carbon nano tube aerogel can form a conductive network when the carbon nano tube is low in filling amount, and the shape and the size of the nylon/carbon nano tube aerogel can be adjusted according to the preparation process. The nylon/carbon nano tube aerogel has important application prospects in the fields of energy conversion, vibration reduction, noise reduction, electromagnetic wave absorption and the like. |
