titleOfInvention | Modification method of retired composite insulator silicone rubber and application of retired composite insulator silicone rubber in polypropylene composite |
abstract | The invention belongs to the technical field of high polymer materials, and particularly relates to a modification method of retired composite insulator silicone rubber and application of the retired composite insulator silicone rubber in a polypropylene compound. The modification method comprises the following steps: immersing the retired composite insulator silicon rubber into concentrated hydrochloric acid, concentrated nitric acid or concentrated sulfuric acid, stirring for 2-10h, adding water, continuously stirring for 1-5h, filtering and washing until filtrate is neutral, then placing filter residues into an organic solvent, soaking for 1-3h, filtering, and drying to obtain the composite insulator silicon rubber; and treating the surface of the composite insulator silicon rubber by adopting a plasma surface treatment instrument to obtain the plasma treated composite insulator silicon rubber. |
