abstract A preparation method of high-performance rigid polyimide heat-insulation sound-absorption foam belongs to the technical field of high polymer materials. The invention comprises the following steps: under the protection of nitrogen, dissolving polyisocyanate in a polar solvent, then adding aromatic anhydride, and reacting to obtain a viscous polyimide precursor solution containing a seven-membered ring structure; adding a surfactant into the viscous system, and continuously reacting to obtain a viscous paste foaming precursor; standing the viscous pasty foaming precursor for several days, polymerizing and thickening to form a foaming precursor with certain self-supporting hardness; carrying out microwave treatment on the foaming precursor to obtain a relatively hard foaming intermediate; and finally, placing the foam intermediate in a high-temperature oven for high-temperature curing to obtain the high-performance rigid polyimide heat-insulating sound-absorbing foam material. The high-performance rigid polyimide heat-insulation sound-absorption foam material prepared by the invention has excellent performance, the cost of raw materials required by preparation is low, the selectable range is wide, the preparation process is simple and easy to implement, and the industrial production and the wide application are facilitated.
