titleOfInvention | Double-layer wave-absorbing material and preparation method thereof |
abstract | The invention provides a double-layer wave-absorbing material and a preparation method thereof, wherein the method comprises the following steps: performing first ball milling on carbonyl iron powder, soaking the carbonyl iron powder in an organic solvent, and filtering to obtain first ball-milled carbonyl iron powder, and performing second ball milling on carbon powder, soaking the carbon powder in acid, and filtering to obtain second ball-milled carbon powder; mixing the first ball-milled carbonyl iron powder with epoxy resin, a first diluent, a first curing agent and a first anti-settling agent, and curing and forming to obtain an impedance layer of the double-layer wave-absorbing material; and mixing the carbon powder subjected to the second ball milling with epoxy resin, a second diluent, a second curing agent and a second anti-settling agent, and curing and molding the mixture above the impedance layer to be used as a matching layer of the double-layer wave-absorbing material, thereby obtaining the double-layer wave-absorbing material. The double-layer wave-absorbing material has the advantages of wide wave-absorbing frequency band and strong wave-absorbing performance, is low in density and light in weight, and can be applied to the fields of aerospace, ships and warships, radar antennas, electronic shielding and the like. |
