titleOfInvention | Wall protection method in construction of cast-in-situ bored pile of highway engineering bridge |
abstract | The invention discloses a wall protection method in the construction of a cast-in-situ bored pile of a highway engineering bridge, which comprises the following steps: (1) arranging a mud pit near the drilled hole, injecting clear water into the mud pit, adding wall-protecting mud powder into the mud pit along with the clear water, and installing a mud circulating pump beside the mud pit; (2) embedding a pile casing, wherein the inner diameter of the pile casing is 20-40 cm larger than the diameter of the cast-in-situ bored pile, the pile casing is 30-50 cm higher than the ground, and the embedding depth of the pile casing is 150-200 cm; (3) drilling construction is carried out by using a rotary drilling rig, mud circulation is carried out by using a mud circulating pump, and meanwhile, filter residue is carried out on the mud; (4) and (5) injecting clear water to replace the slurry for hole cleaning. The wall protection construction method of the invention does not need secondary hole cleaning after hole forming, and directly pours concrete, thereby greatly improving the pile forming speed and improving the working efficiency by 30 percent. The mud can be recycled, the cost can be saved, and compared with the traditional red clay or bentonite wall protection method, the cost can be saved by more than 50% per linear meter. |
