Metal complexes of nitrogen-containing heterobenzothiazoles |
abstract |
A metal complex of nitrogen-containing heterobenzothiazole is disclosed, which adopts a series of new ligands of nitrogen-containing heterobenzothiazole structure. These metal complexes can be used as light-emitting materials in electroluminescent devices. The application of these novel metal complexes as light-emitting materials in OLED devices leads to more saturated colors than compounds containing benzothiazole ligands. An electroluminescent device and compound formulation are also disclosed. |
