abstract | The present invention relates to a separation method of high-purity torreya seed oil auric acid. The invention uses the regioselective lipase TLIM or RMIM to moderately catalyze the transesterification reaction of Torreya oil and ethanol to realize the preliminary enrichment of auropic acid, and then urea inclusion removes saturated fatty acid and low-saturation unsaturated fatty acid, and further purifies the auropic acid. The present invention obtains a high-purity method for separating Torreya aureus by selecting suitable varieties of Torreya, 1,3-selective lipase, and optimizing the alcoholysis conditions of the immobilized enzyme and the urea inclusion parameters. Therefore, the enrichment method has the advantages of simple equipment, high efficiency, greenness, and high enrichment purity. |
