titleOfInvention Preparation method of silver-loaded titanium dioxide nanorod array photocatalyst
abstract A preparation method of a silver-loaded titanium dioxide nano-column array photocatalyst belongs to the technical field of material preparation and photocatalysis. The catalyst has the characteristics that: has a highly ordered nano-pillar structure, and silver nano-particles are deposited inside the nano-pillars. The preparation process is that a layer of titanium dioxide is deposited on an anodic alumina template by using an atomic layer deposition method, and then silver nanoparticles are deposited on the inner wall of a titanium dioxide column by using vacuum evaporation, so that the photocatalyst structure with the titanium dioxide nanocolumn outside and the silver nanoparticles inside is obtained. Under the action of a special nano structure, the silver-loaded titanium dioxide nano column array shows good light absorption and photocatalysis efficiency in an ultraviolet-visible light wave band, and the research on the nano array structure is promoted.
