The present invention provides a visible-light-responsive photocatalytic titanium oxide fine particle mixture, a dispersion thereof, a method for producing the dispersion, which can easily produce a photocatalyst thin film with high transparency that exhibits photocatalytic activity even with visible light (400 to 800 nm).
